The homemade cookies are definitely a great gift idea for a friend!
Ingredients:
• 100 gr. butter
• 100 gr. sugar
• 200 gr. of flour
• 1 egg
• 1 / 2 packet of yeast
Preparation:
– Before you start working the dough, turn oven to 160 degrees.
– Place the flour on a cutting board, add the melted butter, sugar, egg and yeast and mix well everything.
– Roll out the dough onto a cutting board, forming a sheet about half a centimeter high and then cut the biscuits in the shape that you like: for examples small comets, stars, hearts or Christmas trees.
– Anoint the bottom of a baking dish, put the cookies on it and put them in the oven.
– Let them cook over medium heat and leave in oven until they have taken on a beautiful golden color.
If you like you can decorate them with little colored bits!
